A life changing testimonial:
I never felt healthy but after having my daughter almost 8 years ago, I started feeling really bad. I never had any energy. No matter how much sleep I got I felt like I needed 4 more hours. My hair became very thin, by skin looked grey, I was bloated and heavier but exercised and ate healthy. I was very symptomatic of someone with a thyroid issue. I was on the internet researching and found a free seminar for thyroid issues. I decided to go and it was the best decision of my life.
I met Dr. Charles Durr and was very interested in what he had to say. He documented cases that he had where through his knowledge of blood chemistry was able to pin point issues that people have had for years and that general practitioners and specialist missed. Most of the time, it is a sensitivity to food that is causing the issue. I had known at this point that I had Celiac disease since I had been diagnosed several years before. What I didn’t know is that the damage done from years of eating gluten had not been reversed. When your digestive track (gut) is compromised it effects your overall health. Also, I should mention that I felt like I was breaking- I kept spraining ankles and I fractured by foot (from what I have no idea). I really felt like I would be dead in a few years if I didn’t do something. So it turns out that since my intestinal track was compromised from Celiac, I contracted Cryptosporidium ( a microscopic parasite) that most people with a healthy gut can fight off. The parasites took over and as Dr. Durr said “they were building condos.” I went on a very strict 8 week diet and gut repair. During that time my thyroid, pituitary, and endocrine stabilized. My hair stopped falling out and I had tons of energy. I also got rid of the parasite through herbal methods under the direction of Dr. Durr.
Dr. Durr was the first person that took me seriously instead of saying that I was getting older or I might be under stress. I will never forget that he told me, “If you don’t feel great everyday, then something is wrong.” His staff was very helpful and friendly also. The only issue is that only the blood tests were covered under my insurance so the rest was all out of pocket. But let me say again, I don’t regret it. I would have paid a million dollars to feel the way I feel now. When Debbie called me and told me your story, I thought to myself that I couldn’t even remember how bad I use to feel. It seems like a lifetime ago even though it is just two years ago. I am copying Dr. Durr so he can expand on what I said if needed. I hope it works out for you and that you can start feeling better soon. Please let me know if there is anything else I can tell you or questions I can answer. By the way, I lost about 20 lbs and am now training for a 1/2 marathon. 🙂
